Shipping Policy
Where We Deliver
We ship to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. US territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are outside our delivery area.
Shipping Cost
All orders to our supported delivery area receive free standard shipping. No expedited shipping option is offered.
Order Handling
Handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 7:00 PM, fixed UTC−06:00 (CST), on a business day enter the handling cycle that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays enter the cycle on the next business day. The cutoff remains UTC−06:00 year-round and does not follow daylight saving changes in Chicago.
Transit and Estimated Delivery
Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined handling and transit estimate is 4–6 business days, including Alaska and Hawaii. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; carrier disruption or other delays may affect delivery.
